Teltonika have announced their first eSIM router, the RUT241 eSIM router has a standard SIM card slot as well as built-in eSIM capabilities which will be able to be configured using Teltonika RMS. This means changing your mobile network service provider can take just a few moments remotely, instead of expensive site visits to swap a physical SIM card.

This variant builds on the standard RUT906 platform but adds an integrated eSIM profile for improved reliability, zero-touch provisioning and multi-network IoT connectivity. It is ideal for M2M, automation, telemetry, CCTV, remote monitoring and mobile applications that need dependable, remotely manageable connectivity.
Powered by RutOS, the RUT906 eSIM model offers advanced failover, Modbus tools, VPN support, serial I/O, GPS and RMS remote management. With dual SIM slots and an onboard eSIM, it gives installers greater flexibility and continuity in deployments where uptime is essential.
