When submitting a support ticket please fully explain the problem you are experiencing and try to include screen shots where appropriate. Support requests that just state "call me" will simply be responded to online asking for the necessary information so please help us speed up your support request by providing accurate and practical information about your needs.
The online technical support portal is manned Monday-Friday 9:00AM until 5:00PM and we will usually be able to respond to your initial ticket request within 15-30 minutes but in many cases it can be just a few minutes.
