Remote monitoring and management of equipment and devices is known as Machine to Machine communication (M2M) and this remote connection can be done using a 3G / 4G router if there is not a suitable wired connection available. Our range of M2M 3G and 4G routers are designed to provide a reliable, always on 3G / 4G mobile broadband connection.

The proroute GEM420 is an embedded M2M 4G router (also works on 3G) providing a wired LAN interface with the added benefit of having a second SIM card slot so that a SIM card from a different network can be inserted and the router configured to failover to the second network SIM card in the event that the primary network becomes unavailable. This failover 3G router provides an extra layer of resilience which is sometimes required for critical applications.

The GEM420 4G Router also inlcudes 802.11n high speed WiFi and inlcudes VPN, ping reboot and sms reboot as well as the ability to read and send SMS messages.

The Teltonika RUT500 3G Router is an emebedded HSPA+ 3G Router providing high speed mobile broadband internet connectivity with download speeds up to 14.4Mbps and is widely used for remote monitoring and management applications such as CCTV, Digital Signage and equipment monitoring.

The Teltonika RUT500 uses an embedded HSPA+ 3G module which means that the mobile data SIM card is inserted directly into the router so there are no 3G USB Modems to connect and this also means that the RUT500 router has a standard screw fitting SMA antenna connector so you can change the supplied 3G Antenna with a higher gain or external 3G antenna without the need for antenna adapters.

The RUT500 HSPA+ Router provides wired LAN connectivity via 3 x 10/100 Ethernet Port and wireless connectivity via built-in 802.11 b/g WiFi. There is an additional WAN port on the Teltonika RUT500 to enable the router to be used as a failover 3G router.

The Teltonika RUT500 M2M 3G Router inlcudes firewall and VPN capability and is enclosed in a robust Aluminium hosuing making this a practical, robust and reliable 3G Router for most applications that require a wireless broadband internet connection.

It features a single Rj45 Ethernet LAN port as well as high speed n Wireless WiFi connectivity and also features an RJ45 Ethernet WAN Port so the router can be used as a failover 3G router if required.

The H685 router inlcudes VPN funtionality as well as all the normal firewall and port forwarding functionality required from an M2M 3g router.
